Greg brings a trusted combination of knowledge and experience to his clients in helping them with their real estate needs. His commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction has enabled him to receive not just the many awards but, most important to him, the PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS he has developed over the years with his many clients. These relationships and the satisfaction of knowing he has played a large roll in his clients' buying or selling their first homes or the vacation homes they have always dreamed of gives him the motivation to put in the many hours he does for each of his clients.

With over 25 years of experience in sales management in running his own company, Greg become a Top Producing Agents for the entire island of Kauai. He has also been presented many awards for his achievements in sales as well as customer satisfaction.

Currently there are nearly 700 licensed / active real estate agents on Kauai. Would you believe that 78% of them did fewer than 5 transaction sides in 2006! Greg represented a considerable amount more than 5 in fact he is ranked in the top 3% of all agents in sales sides. Simply put Greg has the experience you need and deserve when you are looking for someone to either list and or sell your home or make a purchase.

Prior to entering real estate, Greg owned & operated what at the time was one of the top 100 privately held companies in Colorado. His company provided products and services to over 10,000 customers from around the world. In building his past company, Greg has developed the negotiating and people skills that allow him to continue to succeed in Kauai.

Beyond being one of, if not the hardest working Realtors on Kauai, Greg also serves on the board of directors at his church and his children?s school. Through both of these, he stays busy in the community.

Greg will be celebrating 18 years of marriage this year with his wife Kandi. Together they have two sons Marcus (10) and Nicholas (5). We look forward to sharing all they have learned about living in Kauai with you and your family!
