Wow what a crazy open house I had yesterday, June 13. This home is not yet on the MLS, but there was some built-up anticipation to see it. I must have had about 30 groups come through. I think the home will sell quickly, but who knows. Priced at $625,000, it's more than $100,000 less than some other homes in the neighborhood. It'a a great floorplan with a large living room with fireplace. All of the windows are newer, double paned. The roof looks new, as do the furnace and water heater. Central air. Large 13,000 square foot lot. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. Possible fourth bedroom with closet is currently being used as a family room.

Just a friendly reminder that overnight, on-street parking requires a permit.
There is a 30-minute time limit for parking on Brea streets between 2:00 and 6:00 AM without a parking permit. Parking permits can be applied for at Development Services at Brea's civic center on Birch Ave.
Residents have to meet established guidelines in order to get these permits, which have an annual $20 fee.
If a resident has a garage and driveway that will store all of their vehicles, most likely a permit will be denied. The city does not care if a garage is used for storage and won't fit a vehicle.
