What are your commitments to you clients in 2011?

What will you commit to in 2011 to better serve your clients?

New Years Commitments to my clients

Now is the perfect time to be thinking of our clients. Of course, many of us will be setting resolutions for the year that have to do with ourselves. Let's not forget the most important aspect of our real estate business....Our Clients. I am making the following commitments to those that I do business with... 1. I intend to improve my communication with my clients so they will always feel that are in the loop. 2. I intend to return calls within 4 hours. 3. I intend to take an active approach to marketing. No sitting around and waiting for buyers. 4. I intend to get creative in my negotiations. Never accept a no when a yes is still possible. 5. I intend to follow more after closing to make sure they were served properly. 6. I intend to sell there property faster. 7. I intend to listen better and understand my clients needs. These are just a few of my intentions for 2011. Let's not forget...we are here to serve out clients.

Buy when everyone wants to sell. That means NOW!

One of the most common questions asked at this time is, when should I start investing in real estate? Of course, there are thousands of different answers. You will find investment strategies based on numbers, formulas, predictions and speculations. Some of the most successful investors keep their strategies simple and it seems to pay off well. The simple investment strategy... Buy when everyone is selling and Sell when everyone's buying. Think about this for a moment... If you sold when everyone was buying, 2005, then you would have sold at the peak of the market. If you are buying now, while everyone wants to sell, you are investing at the bottom of the market. Sure, there are more factors to consider yet common sense says that all of us should be looking for quality properties to add to our real estate portfolio. The Myrtle Beach real estate market is just one great market to find quality properties at deep discounts. Oh yea, if you do plan to invest in today's market, make sure you are investing for the long term. Invest long term will assure you profit in the long run. Greg Harrelson
