Just completed both the Green 100 and Green 200 classes for the NAR Green designation. Two great classes with lots of cutting edge information. It's rewarding to learn this new information to stay a step ahead of what buyers and sellers will be asking about.
We can all make a difference and there were many things pinpointed in the discussions. I would highly recommend this designation for all Realtors looking to be a credible source of information to the public.
In Andover, Massachusetts, we are seeing the signs of a strong Fall market. Buyer inquiries as we measure them are up 12% so far in September. The latest absorption rates thru all price ranges are showing 6.71 months worth of inventory. Buyer demand seems pent up, based on conversations with buyers looking for new inventory to shop. Days on market for those properties that are now under agreement are down by 11%.
How do the these compare with your market? If we can keep an eye on the spreading positive markets and the price segments that are showing strength, we can build referrals for each other.
