Why Ginger?

Ginger Stolp's real estate career began in 1987 as a licensed Broker in Syracuse NY and is thriving today as a Broker in Greenville SC for the last 15 years. She has moved 11 times and understands the challenges of relocating.

Before joining Keller Williams in July 2006, Ginger served most recently as leader of The Ginger Stolp Team with RE/MAX, where she recruited agents and staff, trained and coached them in every aspect of residential sales including prospecting, follow-up, agency, contract negotiation and executing the details from contract through closing. Her business has grown from not-knowing-anyone-in-town to a production level of $6.1M for 2005.

Determined to raise the bar for INTEGRITY among agents, she has served on the Professional Standards and Grievance Committees for the Greenville SC Board of Realtors. Designations include: Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist • e-PRO • R. E. Broker • ABR • CBR and Certified Dipressed Property Expert (CDPE)

Charity: She initiated the first-ever collaboration among 3 competing broker-owners to support the Komen Race for the Cure raising over $9,250 for the 2006 Race. Mentors younger Christian women and served as short term missionary to India and Cuba. No wonder she describes her life as "richly blessed."

Prior to real estate, Ginger served as an AIR FORCE OFFICER. Later she successfully sold large scale computers for commercial and industrial applications while earning an MBA at night. She has been blissfully married to the ever-charming John Stolp since 2/14/93. ‘Grandma' to 9 of the most beautiful, most intelligent pre-adults in the world. Ginger graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) earning an M.B.A. while working full-time. She holds a B.S. in Office Management from the University of Southern Mississippi.
