I have recently been speaking with a LOT of buyers and others who seem to have NO clue about what the recent stimulus tax credit involves, or even that one exists. Most don't even know there WAS a tax credit LAST year! (Or that the OLD one had to be repaid, where the NEW one does not). Thoughts?
