We are now affiliated with the MLSFinder.com home search engine. This is a great method for searching for homes in Mobile County area. The search tool allows you to create an account, create and save custom searches, and save your favorite homes. The best part of the search system is that the search is tied into the Mobile MLS system. This is the same system that all of the realtors use and it is live data.

The search system allows you to save searches to your "SearchSaverSM" folder so you can conveniently manage and view your searches at any time and receive email notification when new listings, that fit your search criteria, become available. When you run a search that you would like to add to your "SearchSaverSM", click the tab located on the top of the page that says: The first time you add a "SearchSaverSM", you will be prompted to create an account. Once you're logged in, you can manage your "SearchSaver" (add, remove, view, email, etc.) without having to reenter your login information. If you do not have any saved searches, begin a new search. Once you run an initial search, you may opt to refine your search. This will narrow your search results to fit your new criteria, such as price range, minimum square footage and more. Any time you receive search results, you will have the option to "Save This Search" and receive an email notification when new listings that fit your search become available.

The search system also allows you to save listings to your "Favorite Listings" folder so you can conveniently manage and view your Favorite Listings at any time. In addition, you can email your Favorite Listings to your agent, a co-buyer or a friend.
When you find a listing that you would like to add to your Favorite Listings, click the "Add to Favorites" link in the Tools box:
The first time you add a Favorite Listing you will be prompted to enter your login information. Once you're logged in, you can manage your favorites (add, remove, view, email, etc.) without having to reenter your login information. Additionally, you can recall your Favorite Listings from any page using the "Favorites" tab at the top of the page:
