Living in Brevard County, Florida is wonderful. The winters are pleasant and the sunny weather inviting. However when the old air conditioner goes out it can be a bit warm hot.

In Brevard County there are many air conditioning service providers however I recommend the Emery AC and Heating Service when I can because I know from experience the service is top notch!

Pulte Homes still has about a half dozen or so buildings to be built although they have stopped construction until activity picks up. With plenty more construction to be done I feel pretty confident the builder will ensure that The Ventura at Turtle Creek remains one of the best condo communities in the Viera Florida area.

As for prices in the complex, there are only a few units on the market right now with a couple listed in the upper $140,000s. There were a couple of recent units sold in the $110-120,000 range. With buyers still showing interest in The Ventura at Turtle Creek if you are considering selling, call me.
