About Me:

I retired after spending twenty five plus years in Human Resourses. Employed by a Publicly held then privately owned Company. Following my retirement I moved to Sun City Center, Florida where I currently reside.

Shortly after getting settled I started a Home Maintenance business which I worked and enjoyed for fourteen years. For the most part I concentrated on servicing the immediate Sun City Center Area. All of my business was either repeat or referral. There was never a need to advertise our services or availability.

Real Estate is a natural extention of services. Having worked for so many owners, tenants and professionals I was given extensive exposure to the community. I am committed to working with the public in an effort to assist them in the achievement of their goals, in the very broad sence, and as it relates to their Real Estate needs.

About Sun City Center

Sun City Center is located between Tampa and Sarasota along Interstate 75 corridor. Beautiful land and friendly people are two of our most important natural resourses. There is never a need to be bored, Residents can find plenty to busy themselves. Or they can just chill out and enjoy the beauty of the Community.

Golf Carts are an approved means of alternate transportation within the community. Community residents own over 5000 golf carts which may be operated in the community on public roads and there is no need for licensing.

Sun City Center is within close driving distance to many of the Theme Parks in Florida. Some of them right here in the Tampa Bay area. Twenty miles or so to Tampa's beautiful downtown. Approximately ninety miles to Disney World in Orlando.
