I would like to thank you, Mike, and Kim for your superb, professional efforts you put in towards getting my three jobs done (installing mirrors in my workout room, hanging an immense/heavy mirror, and finishing off a fence with lattice work). Since the first time I called, I received nothing but excellent, top-of-the line service and response.
I would especially like to comment on Mike Wyandt's performance. He was the person assigned to my jobs and provided nothing short of superior performance all-around. The job was supposed to be completed in one day, but due to unforeseen constraints, ended up stretching out three days. Mike never faltered. He came Saturday and Sunday, after working on other jobs and stayed well into the evening to get the job done. On Sunday, he even came over and worked in the rain for over 5 hours and was completely drenched! But he insisted on getting the job done because he had a full next week. It's not often that you run across someone so passionate and committed to the work they do. Mike showed true commitment to the job and always did it with a smile, and with perfectionism towards his work. Thanks Mike!
All three of you were a joy to work with and always kept me abreast of price quotes you were getting for me and always seemed to work with such a great attitude and a smile.
