How to install recessed lighting?
Avoid installing recessed light fixtures too close to each other, or in rows in the center of a room. We recommend that you space the fixtures a minimum of 2 feet apart. You should always dispose the fixtures as to light the objects you want. (Ex: Light a painting on the wall, a table...) There are 2 main types of recessed lighting positioning: general or task lighting. The first aims at giving a general illumination to an area with a comfortable level of brightness, enabling one to see and walk about safely. The second permits you to brighten specific areas or objects. The best lighting results are achieved through a combination of both techniques. For example, when lighting a bedroom, you will want to create an overall atmosphere of quiet relaxation, while providing some bright spots for reading and other activities.

Burbank CA "The Media Capital of the World"
Billing itself as the "Media Capital of the World," Burbank is an entertainment-oriented city that prides itself on its quality of life, combining 21st-century technology with a small-town feel.
The city is named for Dr. David Burbank, a New Hampshire dentist who bought tow large ranchos in the area in 1867. A half-century later, the city became home to the budding aviation and entertainment industries. Lockheed Aircraft co. purchased a piece of Burbank farmland in the mid-1920s, and Amelia Earhart and Howard Hughes were among the aviation pioneers who used its airfield. The motion-picture business also moved to Burbank in the '20s. On Oct 23, 1927, motion-picture history was made when Warner Bros. released the first "talkie," "The Jazz Singer," starring Al Jolson.
