Okay, Obeo, I have written about it before but this is ridiculous! I called Abbi Ross, the greatest photographer on the planet as far as I am concerned, and said "can you do a Virtual Tour on a lot, or is that just not done?" After laughing at my comment she said most certainly she could and furthermore she felt that every piece of property should have an Obeo Virtual Tour!
Well I put it in her hands. This never before marketed lake lot resale in a mature Oconee subdivision can be done and was completed on Sunday. Yes, the Sunday before Christmas. Double brownie points for Abbi! On Monday morning at 7:20 a.m. the Virtual Tour was completed and a notice from Obeo was in my Inbox. How fantastic is that?!?!
In my opinion, you cannot afford not to have her shoot any property you may have a listing on no matter what the listing price. I have had her do them on $125k listing and up. Truth be told the same money going into a lower priced listing has a quicker return on investment than a higher end listing due to the fact that they are moving faster in this market.

When I first started building my Keller Williams website, soon after joining the company, I was instructed to go to Godaddy.com to register my domain.
Little did I know at the time, that I would find a place to register a domain for a few dollars, but also a web hosting company that has programs such as SmartSpace and WebSite tonight that can pretty much do for most people just that. Help build a web site tonight. In one day with little effort integrating both a social networking component (SmartSpace) with the business component of the site. Go Daddy also has customized website and logo design services as well as other services geared to meet all of your web solution needs. You need a shopping cart with the ability to take PayPal, Visa, or Master Charge? Not a problem. They can do that too. I was able to get on the Shopping Cart site and configure my products to sale.
Hey, if the domain name is not what you wanted you can keep a log of back ordered domain names for future reference and even bid and buy domain names at auction. That's right. Bid or sell domain names. America, what a country!
