Applying for the Job as Your Athens GA Area Realtor

10-05-08
Hank Bailey

What does it take to qualify for the job as your Realtor in the Greater Athens Area? Experience? Tough Work Ethic? Never give up attitude?

"A home is not a home because of its room dimensions or the color of the walls. It is about how you feel when you walk through the front door. And the way you can instantly envision your life unfolding there.

This is about more than real estate. It is about your life and your dreams."

This is a statement I keep making in most of my printed and online advertisement material and website(s). It is true. What I want you to know is that I am a lifelong Athens resident. I have lived and owned homes from Mitchell Bridge Road to Five Points to Oconee County. I know the area. I write this post on a Sunday evening at 11:42 p.m. which means I have a tough work ethic. Tough meaning I never give up and I never quit. I also, as an Associate Broker at Keller Williams Greater Athens, have great experience. I have listed homes as high as $1.4 million and negotiated contracts over $1.3 million.

Keller Williams is Different by design
