I currently hold Membership in the National Association of Realtor, Ma. Association Of Realtors and The Greater Worcester Board Of Realtors.

I am e-Certified and have passed certified courses in relocation services to help buyer and sellers moving in and out of the state. I became Broker/Owner in Sept.09 of Hillview Realty.

While being licensed since 1978 I have really been working full time since 2001. I believe being a full time agent keeps me more aware of what is going on in the industry and for me at least, I am better able to serve. Nothing puts a smile on my face more than knowing that I have happy clients at the closing table and they appreciate the job I have done. In my free time I love to play golf and take my boston terrier for his walks. I enjoy hiking and heading out to the ocean. Love all my Boston sports teams. Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics and Bruins with the boys of summer being my number 1 team. Coached and umpired both my daughters softball teams as they were growing up. All in all I love being in the great outdoors.

My Concentrations And Where.

I work mostly with Residential, New Construction, Land and Multi Family's... I work with both buyers and sellers and have been a full time agent for 12 yrs. I do work most of Ma. but I do try and concentrate on The Blackstone Valley and surrounding towns.

After working as a salesman for so many years I have recently become Broker/ Owner of Hillview Realty, my virtual home office. I make it easy...I come to you...I limit the number of transactions that I work at one time so I am better prepared to satisfy your needs. Quality not Quantity is something I strive for in helping my clients and the consumer.

When we planned on selling our house, which was a 2/1/2 family dwelling with a separate cottage and a four car garage, we called Dennis to be our agent.
