Well it seems that winter has come back! I'd rather be driving one of the roadsters, top down with the wind blowing my hair and sun on my face.

The largest of its kind! That's right, The Three Oaks Flag Day Parade is this country's largest Flag Day Parade! So I guess Pracer isn't Three Oaks singular claim to fame.
I've just been asked to serve on the Three Oaks Flag Day Committee and I tell you folks, there ain't nothing like being on a committee! especially one where asking for donations in a down economy is involved.
I said yes, so plan on hearing much more about this event from me.

The REALTORS® of Harbor Country have decided to host an Open House event Saturday April 25, 2009 12-4PM Michigan time. Yes we use the term Michigan Time to differentiate from Chicago Time since most our customers come from, where else, Chicago.
Harbor Country Open House is open to everyone, its area is defined as the communities located in "Harbor Country" which is where the open houses featured must be located. We are expecting to have a minimum of 100 homes open that day. From 4PM-6PM there will be an after party for the REALTORS® and their guests at the Round Barn and St Julian winery locations in Union Pier just off exit six. I as well as other Rubloff Residential Properties will be participating in this event.
For up to date info go to http://www.harborcountryopenhouse.com/
watch the local papers and Shore Magazine for details too!

When coming to Harbor Country from Chicago most people take I-94 or I-90 to I-94. My father comes from the burbs and swears by using Rt 12 or US 20. There are a few who luff along Rt 41 at a leisurely pace enjoying the same sights that travelers saw nearly 100 years ago.
It does not matter what road you use, what route you take or what journey you endeavor.
To get to Harbor Country the safest way in qualified hands is to get to Harbor Country by using a Realtor and I am that Realtor.
By letting me be your guide, your driver and your pilot you are putting yourself in the care of an experienced, top-producing agent who is professional and provides excellent client service.
Whether you are coming for your first visit or you've been here many times you should stop in or call me, I'd be happy to show you around.

Hey Rainers,
The New Buffalo Ship and Shore Committee will be starting up this week. We have some new members on the team this year and we are looking forward to another successful year. 2007 was the first profitable festival in a while and we are going to add to last years template which generated a larger turnout. Anyone interested in joining the committee may contact me through active rain. The public is invited to an open forum to ask questions, voice concerns, encourage us, etc. at the Marina Grand in New Buffalo on 2-11-08 at 6:30PM. The New Buffalo Ship and Shore festival is a wonderful experience with something for everyone. Live music, plenty of food and beer, activities, the boat parade, fireworks, etc. If you prefer not to become an active participant in the planning, please make sure you come to the festival which is held in August every year. Dates and time to come later.

Thanks, Mario
