The Fort Bend County area continues to grow slowly, as planned. The widening of Highway 59 and Highway 90 has been hampered by the rains over the winter months but should gain speed to completion as the Spring weather returns with decent weather and SUN. It has been so overcast recently that I feel like I'm in Chicago with all the cloud cover they get.

Business has started off briskly. We have had 3 referrals from either past clients or current ones. We are even helping a couple that has not had their house listed to buy one of our listings. Kind of a swap. The couple that is buying just had twin girls and is really needing a larger house. We have alrady helped the coupld that is selling to buy another home and they need to get out from under this note. It's a Win-Win situation and we're happy to make it work!

Minute Maid is relocating here and I can see their new building being built from my office. That's a big place. Hopefully, their relocation will bring other, smaller companies to the area.

Be sure to write or call if you need any information about my beautiful city, Sugar Land, and our amazing Fort Bend County area!
