I am so excited because as I look back on the business for the last 12 months I see so many changes. I am so glad to have survived all the changes. I can contribute my surviving the last few months due to great customer service! Thank goodness for my past clients. Some of the changes have been a little painful but for the most part I do believe that consumers are so much better off. I only wish that there were more people out looking to buy a house. I just want to put up a billboard saying we have PLENTY of $$$$ to lend.

Yes, you did see 4.75%! So anyone who has been putting off the decision to buy now is the time to call for a FREE prequalification and find out how much house you can afford to buy. If you are renting than you certainly are eligible to qualify. Also if you close before 12-31-08 and are a first time homebuyer you may be eligible to up to $7500 for a tax credit when you file 2008 taxes.
