About Me

Hazel Smith is a six-year veteran of the residential real estate profession. Her keen sense of the housing market was honed by successfully selling in all three of its sectors: new construction, re-sale, and rental.
After passing the Realtor© licensing examinations for both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Hazel began her career for Orleans Home Builders.
Serving as a key producer during the past three years for GMAC Mortgage, Hazel recently joined the Langhorne office of Keller Williams Real Estate. Well-known throughout the industry for her tireless dedication to serving buyers and sellers, Hazel cites persistence, and always putting the needs of customers first, as her keys to success. "Home buyers and sellers are equally anxious - after all, we're talking about the largest purchase most people make during their lifetime. My customers appreciate the way I help them navigate the complexities inherent in the real estate transaction. Hazel also holds the SRES© industry designation, along with a B.A. degree in marketing from Holy Family University. Hazel resides in Newtown, PA with her husband Ray. In her spare time, Hazel enjoys going to the gym, socializing with friends, watching Desperate Housewives, and reading. She would be remiss if she didn't mention that Hazel is also an avid Bunco aficionado!
