Keller Williams Realty New York in Amherst invites everyone...

Tuesday, May 6th from 5-8 we will have a variety of vendors at our office. All the vendors have agreed to turn over a significant portion of their profits to KW Cares.

KW Cares raises money that can be used locally and nationally.

All KW Market centers can accept the KW Cares challenge to raise $30,000 annually for charitable giving, sending $3,000 to KW Cares for the KW Cares general fund. The remaining $27,000 is for charitable giving in the local community to help individuals in need or to be donated to a local charity(ies).

Even then the areas that have had the largest price increases have been very specific to Allentown, Elmwood Village, Gates Circle area and Delaware Park areas. Price increase in these areas over the past 3 years have been between 15-30%. The resurgence in Downtown Living is driving this increase.

I believe we offer the best overall compensation in the industry. In addition to a high base commission scale and we offer the chance to earn 100% on sales, we also offer residual income and the ability to leverage other people's time via profit sharing. As an agent you can become a stakeholder in the company. We are always open to interviewing experienced or new agents. People that are considering a career change or a dual income lifestyle are encouraged to call for an interview as well.

The diversification of agents in our office allows us to serve any type of client. Investors, luxury home buyer, 1st time home buyer, sellers in all price points will find an agent in our office that will be perfect to work with. Commercial property agents are also available.
