The LaFleur Srodek Group operates out of the Keller Williams Greater Cleveland West office located in Westlake, Ohio. I just bought my first home in May 2008. When I began looking I was lucky enough to find Heather Srodek. I am a single mom and did not have any money to put down, but wanted to buy a home in a good school district. I had met with Heather 11/30/07 and explained to her what I needed. Immediately she had many homes for me to look at that fit my budget and were in good school districts. I had never looked at homes before and was nervous knowing that Realtors make money by selling houses, and thought that a Realtor would be pushy. Heather was the most patient person ever and if I did not like the house she would just move on to the next. When we would look at a house I felt as if she was looking at it for herself. She would notice things that would need repair that I did not even see and ask questions to the homeowner that I would not have known to ask. Heather also made herself very available to me. I was only able to look at homes in the evening or weekend, but that was never an issue. Since I was on a tight budget Heather is very resourceful and looked in to more options for me and found me my home, in a good district. The house I bought was a HUD home so it needed love and the purchase process was more in depth, but Heather was there every step of the way. She ensured that if she did not know the answer she would get it and she did. I could not imagine having to go through this process without her. I know that if it was not for her I would still be renting. If you want to by a home from a Realtor who cares and is on your side call Heather Srodek, I did and will for all of my future home purchases.

When I was looking to make my first home purchase I found my experience with Heather quite pleasant. After providing her the location and amenities I was looking for in a house she was able to arrange several visits. Heather made me feel comfortable and at ease as while looking at homes.
