I really need to understand why so many agents and brokers are still running their businesses on tired old websites with ugly clipart, frames and zero functionality. I just spent my afternoon talking to flat fee mls brokers who have websites from Advanced Access and they pay an average of $49 monthly. THE SITES ARE UGLY and the admin area is so prehistoric. It's like they have a Cadillac Escalade payment but they're driving a beat up old Taurus (sorry Conan).

I find that 99% of the real estate professionals I talk to don't still have a site that allows a seller to register, enter property details and upload photos. Why?
