Is your Real Estate site stuck in the 90's?

Does your online presence still consist of a bunch of linked web pages? Are you ready to switch to software on the web? I've been creating FSBO websites since 2001 and yes for the past few years I've been creating flat fee mls websites. I should add I create sites for any business these days.

So, I spend a lot of time on the web watching what agents are doing and somehow I'm still finding agent sites with old school junk like sign my guestbook. Really???

Yesterday I talked to an agent with the most pathetic iHouse site ever. She's definitely stuck in the 90's in a bad way! What's worse? She thinks it looks great. Look folks... it has decade old clip art, blinking text, frame pages and yes a sign my guestbook link. (puke)

If you've got an extra dollar laying around you can get a killer website with server access, unlimited email addresses, unlimited auto-responders and UNLIMTED WEBSITES! Using my application vault you can create new websites on the fly! Install a WordPress Blog in less than 60 seconds or choose from nearly 100 other apps like Joomla!, Drupal and more!

For a dollar you can get a killer real estate website with true functionality. Have a look at a demo I setup yesterday.

What's the catch?

  • Let's see could it be the hosting fees? No, just one dollar a day. $30.42 monthly.
  • Must be the setup fee then right? No, just one dollar setup fee.
  • Must be the renewal fees right? No, guaranteed for 12 mos then capped at 10% increase per year. So IF we raise rates in 12 months your monthly would increase from $30.42 to $33.46 - not exactly a deal breaker huh.
  • Long term contract? No month to month - cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

Total startup for a single site is $31.42 then $30.42 monthly

About a year ago I drastically lowered the price of my real estate website, CRM and admin panel to $1 setup and $1 a day hosting BUT the catch WAS that you had to pay one year in advance. A lot of folks have a hard time parting with $365 and nearly half requested a payment plan. So, I sweatened the deal a few months ago and made it BOGO (buy one get one free for the first year) and for those who sign up for my affiliate/reseller program I give them 3 websites for $365 and no monthly hosting fees for the first year. Then on the one year anniversary hosting ($1 a day) is guaranteed NOT to increase at all then after that no more than 10% increase per year. It's been a huge success and I've added over 200 domains to my server.

So, yesterday I talked to a REALTOR (he asked for a payment plan) who has a SUPER UGLY website from iHouse that costs around $50 a month. He says "I bet everyone who sees this would buy it - if EVERYONE could afford it". Of course I had to agree. I know that's a fact. I developed a software program last year and priced it at $99.95 and I made sales but based on the page views only about 2% were buying. I ran a 75% off sale and suddenly over 75% were buying my software. Why? Everyone that wanted it could afford it.

So I decided to TRY SOMETHING NEW with my latest release WHICH IS A SICK WEB 2.0 REAL ESTATE SOLUTION WITH SOCIAL NETWORKING, FACEBOOK APP, TWITTER APP AND TONS OF COOL NEW FEATURES.

  • $1 SETUP FEE
  • $30.42 MONTHLY
  • NO LONG TERM CONTRACT
  • FREE WEEKLY WEBINAR/TELESEMINAR
  • ANY DOT COM ADDRESS

What do you get for $31.42 up front cost and $30.42 monthly?

This is all Joomla! compatible so you'll have access to THOUSANDS OF FREE TEMPLATES, COMPONENTS, PLUGINS AND MODULES.

Do you have a VOW website with web 2.0 social networking, twitter and facebook apps?

Give some feedback here or just show off your slick web 2.0 site!

I really need to understand why so many agents and brokers are still running their businesses on tired old websites with ugly clipart, frames and zero functionality. I just spent my afternoon talking to flat fee mls brokers who have websites from Advanced Access and they pay an average of $49 monthly. THE SITES ARE UGLY and the admin area is so prehistoric. It's like they have a Cadillac Escalade payment but they're driving a beat up old Taurus (sorry Conan).

I find that 99% of the real estate professionals I talk to don't still have a site that allows a seller to register, enter property details and upload photos. Why? I've had that funtionality on my sites since 1999. Most of these sites don't even allow any type of membership and still have foolish junk like Sign My Guestbook. Are you kidding me?

If you enjoy using truly funtional websites like activerain, zillow, cyberhomes and so on and if you know that your potential site visitors are out and about visiting these "Escalade Type Websites" how can you expect them to spend any time on your "Beat Up Taurus Website"?

KICK YOUR DESIGN FROM 1999 AND STEP UP TO WEB 2.0 FOR $1 a day - THAT'S RIGHT... ONE DOLLAR!

PAY NO SETUP FEES AND GET 2 WEB 2.0 SOCIAL SITES FOR $1 A DAY!

Let me setup your next real estate website jam packed with cool social and web 2.0 features including a new Facebook app that allows users to autoMagically create a member account on your site. Sellers can create an account, auto-login, create a contact profile, enter property data and upload photos. There's also an online store where you can sell unlimited items like selling plans, virtual tours and a la carte services. If that's not enough look what happens with google seo when I announce a site. view 5-7-09 results for my Huntsville Flat Fee MLS client.
