A definite, positve swing in the Maket. There is more activity with listing showings, phone calls. I will be going on my 3rd listing appointment in 2 weeks- sure beats last year ! Seems that Sellers are tired of waiting out the Market, I don't see prices changing this year, but possibly more Buyers. Perhaps the demand for "good" inventory will help stabilize prices. I also think Buers are tiring of the waiting game associated with Short Sales and Foreclosures.

Fantastic Listing in Rochester Hills sold Sunday and still ahd interest after it went Pending. Since it is January, the aren't many quality homes for sale.This one was in mint condition with updates, and it was a "hot" property.
