Kerry Donovan of Chase International reported in her blog at ChaseNation.com regarding TRPA's approval of the Shorezone plan.
The new shorezone plan for LakeTahoe was approved yesterday by the TRPA board of governing directors. After a two year delay the 20 year plan is now in place. It was an interesting meeting with a variety of interests, including two Washoe Indians whos spoke for their "Elders" and the animals who are affected, to an Attorney General of California's represenatives who pretty much indicated that Nevada had best comply with California's way regarding public access. Visit : www.TRPA.org for complete details or see the article in the TahoeDaily Tribune.
