Pasco County is the place to live! Highland Homes has been building in Pasco County for almost two years now and has had great success during this time. News about Pasco County was positive recently when it was documented in the newspaper that Pasco County was one of the few counties in the State of Florida that held the value of homes much better than other areas of the country.
