Hill Team Assocaites, LLC is made up of 7 team members, consisting of 4 buyer agents, 2 assisants and David Hill. David Hill is a Broker Associate of the Hill Team Associates/Keller Williams Realty in Worcester, MA and has worked in residential real estate since 2002, and has represented both Buyers and Sellers in the Central MA area. He is currently the Team Leader & Owner of the Hill Team Associates, LLC and has been twice featured on the Channel 13 Hermis Yanis Show as a local real estate expert talking about current market conditions. Last year David, along with the team was ranked 3rd by MLSPIN in Worcester Production and closed over 77 transactions. He received the Keller Williams Realty Double Gold Award and co-founded a local BNI Networking Group where he served as Vice President. Recently David created the Hill Team HomeSavers Division to help people in hardships. Specializing in New Construction, REO Properties and Short Sales, David has helped to guide many buyers and sellers through what can sometimes be a very difficult transaction. He also conducts training classes on short sales in his Worcester office location. David has lived most of his life in Central MA. He is a member of the National, State and Local Board of Realtors. He is on the Keller Williams Realty Agent Leadership Council and is an active member of the Community Action Committee. He boxed in the Give Kids a Fighting Chance charity event coordinated by the Worcester Police Gang Unit for the Worcester Boys & Girls Club. This televised event helped to raise over $150,000 for the Worcester Boys & Girls Club. He also coordinated a Pool Tournament for the Interfaith Hospitality Network in 2006. This organization provides temporary shelter for families with a hardship. This event helped to raise over $6,000. David recently sponsored and participated in the 2007 Charity Bowling Tournament held in Auburn, MA to benefit the Interfaith Hospitality Network.
