30-Year Mortgages Hit Record Low!

The average interest rate on a 30-year fixed rate mortgage fell below 5% this past week for the first time on record. The Average rate on a fifteen year fixed-rate mortgage rose slightly to 4.65% from 4.62% which was the lowest since 2003.
