Krum Texas Real Estate Article: We have all heard the History Maker motto of MORE HOME, less money - but in Krum they could add a second motto: MORE LAND, less money. The average lot is 65' wide and that is significantly larger than a typical neighborhood that has prices from the low $100's.
Homes in Saddlebrook range from 1,600 square feet all the way to a whopping 4,000 square feet! The neighborhood was started in 2001 and is about 80% complete as of the date on this real estate article. There will be about 400 total homes.
