We have over 8 years in Real Estate with Carpenter Realtors. Prior to that, Steve enjoyed a successful career as a Sales Manger with IBM and recently completed a Harvard Business School Executive Education Program. Tonda was also previously with IBM and in addition has worked in banking and interior design as well. Our sales, business, financial and interior design experience gives us a unique skill base on which to draw when advising our clients.

· A custom booklet of property details will also be prepared for you to leave in your home to enhance showings. It will contain pertinent information about your property, such as utility cost estimates, your seller's disclosure, neighborhood specifics, and information regarding area schools and places of worship.
