Photography is my passion and so is nature. I live here back off the road on an eleven acre parcel surrounded by nature of all sorts. Everyday we wake to a new suprise. Today we were luck enough to be visited by a couple of Turkeys. Kodak moment for sure, and I was ready with my new SLR D90 by Nikon. I have in the past tried with my Olympus 8 mega pixel, what a difference this 12 mega pixel makes in the detail. This photo is cropped and as you can see..it looks like a Turkey. lol

Quit, and can't are words that simply are not in my vocabulary.
"Yes I can", is the reason for my success. and "YES WE CAN" the campaigne slogan used by our President Elect has has been a positive message to me in these hard economic times, and one of the main reasons for Obama's victory over the Republican Party. IMHO
Ever have one of those people in your life who continually complains, and just listening to them drags you down. :( These kind of people always set up barriers for themselves and seem myopic, always making reactive decisions. They simply can't win because of their mindset.
Succesful people have just that, a different mindset; Winners EXPECT to win! It really is as simple as being positive and believing that you can do it.
My 2009 challenge, will be to get as many people to add these three words to their vocabulary "Yes I Can"; With the new Presidential Inauguration right around the corner, I see hope and opportunity for all to succeed.
Wishing Everyone a Successful New Year!
Happy Holidays! December 29th,
Shawn Davis
