I went to check out the newest casino in Las Vegas today with some relatives that are visiting from San Diego this weekend and it was amazing and busy. I'm always impressed at how massive and detailed the construction of these huge projects are, and how the final product looks like in the end. It is just amazing we can build such structures like this.
All the big casinos in Las Vegas are featuring special banners in welcoming our Chinese visitors for the Chinese New Year's celebrations taking place here in Fabulous Las Vegas for the next couple of weeks.

When the U.S. Government completed the Hoover Dam in 1936, it created one of the largest man made lakes in the World, Lake Mead. This started it all!
By creating this giant man made lake in the West it was the start of the movement of people of The United States of America from the East to the West.
With this great new lake brought a fresh water supply for people of this region to expand development and the people started coming. People are still coming to Las Vegas and areas in this region ever since. This is what started it all for Las Vegas. Las Vegas would not be what it is today if it wasn't for the construction of the Hoover Dam and the creation of Lake Mead. I invite you to come check it out soon and see for yourself if you have never seen it before, and if you have seen it before come again and see it from a different prospective.
There are so many things you can do at Lake Mead you can visit it several times and do something different everytime you go.
