There will be NO cruise-in on Friday, August 21 because of Bayfest vendor set-up. The Friday night cruise-ins resume the following Friday night along the boardwalk.

North Beach, Maryland is a charming waterfront village located on the western shore of the Chesapeake Bay. There is a public beach, a seven-block long boardwalk, a fishing pier, shops, antique stores, cafes, and a wide variety of fun, family-oriented events all season!

Most events are held at the beach at 5th & Bay Avenue, unless otherwise noted. The bandstand is on Bay Avenue between 3rd & 5th Streets. Some streets are closed to vehicle traffic in advance of most special events, so please obey signs and instructions from the Beach Attendants. Ample free parking is available at the two lots on either side of 5th Street at Chesapeake Avenue, or along Bay Avenue and the boardwalk.

There is also a Waterpark in Chesapeake Beach. When you come into town, instead of turning left onto Hwy 261 (Bayside Road) turn right and you will find the water park on your right. A great place to have fun.

Come Visit Chesapeake Beach and see all that it has to offer. Come stay for a few days, you'll fall in love. We have a Trolley (bus) that you can ride from Chesapeake Beach through North Beach to Deale (about 15 miles) for 25 cents and then back again. You can get off at any location and sight "sea", shop, or eat. It's fabulous.
