Simply put, the existing fee structure is antiquated. It needs to be revised and the CREA and local boards need to recognize the tsunami of change occurring in the Barrie, Orillia, Collingwood and Muskoka housing and real estate markets. Its not that agents don't deserve to be paid, but "how' the fee structure is laid out.
