I keep in touch with my past clients and build my referral base constantly. I am training my son and partner Jeremy all of the techniques I learned back then-they still work today.

I am a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board, OREA, CREA and RECCO. I have been an active volunteer on fund raising campaigns.

In my spare time I am an artist and display my art pieces in various locations and shops in Toronto.

My area of expertise is taking care of my clients on all professional levels. I do extensive market research, print advertising, attend seminars by both real estate and other professionals in the business community to keep up to date on the latest trends.

Buyers: I guide them through the process of house hunting to making the offer. First of all I make sure they are pre-qualified to make a purchase and if not I will refer several names of mortgage brokers or banks to call. Once they are pre-qulaified I help them chose a neighborhood that suits their lifestyle. I advise them about certain locations that might be an adverse resale location. If there are multiple offers I strategize the offer process to make sure we win the bid. I always recommend a home inspection and give my clients several great choices. Upon successful completion of the offer I give them our own moving checklist and are there for them with any questions they might have and follow up visits.

Sellers: Many of my Sellers are referred to me so I meet them after being highly recommended. I go over what they expect from me and then tour their home. I sit down and go over the comparable listings and suggest a reasonable price to market the home at. I will tell them all about the marketing we do for them. I give them our own list of Dressing Your Home For Success, a pamphlet Make Every Showing Count, a letter on what WE Request from them and a written personal guarantee. I sit down with our sellers a half hour before an offer presentation (if it is not our own) and describe the process and go over all the clauses we will see in the offer presentation. This helps make my seller less anxious and better prepared on how to react to any offer. Upon successful negotiation of the agreement I do all the follow ups necessary and give the seller a copy of the moving checklist.

We recently purchased a residence in Toronto after a search of a little more than two months. The Toronto Real Estate market is a challenging one and in our opinion anyone looking to buy in this market requires the support of a knowledgeable real estate agent.
