Magic Kingdom still holds all the awe inspiring wonderment as when you were a younger! At least as seen through the eyes of our children. You can still caught up in the fever and the excitement. Especially when the park starts to empty out and the crowds begin to leave. The park begins to take on a magical life of it's own that I think Walt had in mind. You can easily maneuver around and go from place to place to the rides or the shows. Learn the back ways and the tricks of being able to go on all the rides you want!!

What is the Morton Arboretum:
The Morton Arboretum is know world wide as a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to the planting and conservation of trees. It is approximately 1,700 acres and has more than 4,000 kinds of trees, shrubs, and other plants from around the world. It takes donations and contributions to help keep the Arboretum in top shape. Here in Naperville we are so luck to have such a spectacular place at our border.
Through out the year it hosts some great events and plus the Arboretum has a hands on Childrens Garden. Right now you can paint a pumpkin, make your own taffy apple or view all the gorgeous Gords that have been artfully decorated. This is really great place to bring the family and learn about our world full of plants and trees.
I was able to visit the Arboretum yesterday and thought I would share some pictures. Please visit their website for further information. Morton Arboretum in Lisle Illinois!

As we begin to close down our boating season here in the Midwest, it is also a nice time to reflect on all the fun that was had this past spring and summer. Pulling the boats out, taking down the piers, closing down cottages, repairing items, packing things, weatherproofing... it's a ritual and it must be done properly and with a lot of care. Because essentially at the same time, we are getting ready for the coming season as well. Always preparing ahead of time is the key. If everything is done well next year will be wonderfully easy and very fulfilling.
It's Just like Real Estate don't you think? You need to be always preparing, adjusting, fixing, tweaking, investing in the new, all for the future. Your clients are relying on it. If you do not, then it's not going to be pretty. Just like some sellers, you can either be in the market or you can be chasing the market.
What are you doing to prepare and ensure for a successful next year?
