Active listings according to the Daytona Beach area association of realtors! Since the beginning of 2009, there have been 992 sales of residential homes. These sales have prices ranging from $12,500 to $2,399,000.
I still seem to get the most calls on properties in foreclosure or bank owned, and this is what I expected as many deals that are out there are bank owned.
