Alprilla Farm Road is a stand alone neighborhood of about 30 homes in one of the more rural-flavored areas of Hopkinton where the loudest evening noise is the chirp of the peepers in the spring and summer. The feel is all New England with reproduction Colonials and Cape-style homes. It is close to Route 135 and the commuter rail station to Boston, and just a short bike ride to the Ashland State Park and Reservoir.
5 Alprilla Farm Road is currently on the market for $579,900.
I wouldn't presume to tell people how to hire an agent since I am an agent. How would people know I'm not simply giving out the information that would put me in the best light? Fortunately some other folks have made some videos on the subject.
And here's a slightly different perspective:

In Hopkinton we describe LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION in the following ways:
"In-town" refers to the area within about a 1500 foot radius from the main intersection in the center of town Route 135 (Main Street) and Route 85 (Cedar Street to the North and Grove Street to the South, just to keep it simple).
Everyone loves the in-town location because you can actually walk to the places, old and new, where we love to hang out around town.
Take Sauce on Main for example, with both patio and indoor seating (with a fireplace for the cooler days), Sauce is a great place to meet a friend, grab a sandwich, drink coffee, even have a beer or glass of wine.
For the school-age crowd (especially on Friday nights), the most popular haunt is of course Bill's Pizza. They have a young and efficient, fun-loving staff and a very casual joint.
Another favorite coffee shop in town is the Hopkinton Gourmet. We love the gourmet for ESPRESSO drinks like lattes, cappuccinos, & mochas.
The Hopkinton Public library offers free internet access, a children's reading room, plus you can take books, videos, and DVDs home with you and keep them for a few weeks, for FREE! The whole public library idea is simply brilliant.
Just steps of from the library is our beloved town common with its Gazebo. The common is great is the summertime for the summer concert series, it's great in the fall because it's beautiful as you can see in this photo, it's the place where everyone can mill around at Polyarts and of course on Boston Marathon Day.
Last but not least, I like to see and be seen at STAR REALTY, 81 Main Street. As you can see from the photo, Hopkinton State Park with all its great recreational opportunities lies to the North up Cedar Street. But that's not IN-TOWN!
