How many of you are using Virtual Tours (tm) for other than the obvious?

As a fairly new Broker , read FEW LISTINGS, what other uses have you guys and gals found for Virtual Tours ? Have you used as a neighborhood showcase ? For area attractions ? Local sporting events ?

I'm trying to figure out some other ways to use it to maybe drive some business my or your way. Anyone have any ideas? Come on let's share ideas.

Yes moving from a small firm where you have floor duty every other day, to a larger one with floor duty every 6 weeks, makes you try to think outside the box.
