According to Redfin, Listings sell for more with Professional photography vs. Amateur photography. Keep in mind that we are assuming that most of the imaging that is taken with a Professional Camera is being done by someone with advanced knowledge of Lighting, Composition and Quality. And of course we understand that many Agents fit into this advanced category. Another good reason to invest in quality photography with a DSLR camera, rather than the average point and shoot model.
Thanks and have a great day!

I'll be there! Just look for the Bald Guy... it's probably me!
I received the following email from a dog who made an inquiry about a property website that we completed for Everrett Schneider of WW Auctions and Real Estate. Click Here for the site
Email from Hank:
Hi, my name is Hank and I am a chocolate lab. Very interested in this property.
My Response:
Good Morning Hank,
This is a fantastic property for any dog of your stature and breed! You're going to love it! Fishing, swimming, running, sleeping and fresh mountain air are only a few of the luxuries you might enjoy about the property.
I've forwarded this direct to our Real Estate Professionals so that they can bark at you direct, and schedule a private showing.
I'll make sure that we have plenty of Kibbles available upon your visit.
Thanks and have a great day!
Sincerely,
Nathan Strauch (The "German Short-Hair")
Of course, it was just a test to make sure that the linking was correct, but nonetheless, I figured I'd respond with some quick wit and have a little fun.
Have a great day and Happy Sales!
Does Professional Staging, Photography, and Detail Help? It certainly can't hurt.
This particular Listing was listed on Thursday of last week and under Contract in less than 1 Week in a heavily saturated area of Denver. The home really stood out from the crowd due in part to Fantastic Staging by Morgan Ross Galleries of Denver Colorado.
Great Job Kaati!
Morgan Ross Galleries takes Artistic works from local artists in Colorado and then turns a Real Estate Listing into an actual Art Gallery! Their tagline is "We set the stage and bring the audience." This concept is very new and few have been able to pull it off.
Morgan Ross Galleries will be holding another Art Show at the residence this weekend to showcase the Artist(s) and Staging of the same... contact them direct for more information below. (This is really neat)

After reading Sherilyn Cervantes' excellent Blog titled "How to respond to 'I Heard the Market's Terrible' Comments", I couldn't help myself and had to expand on what I am seeing right now.
I cannot speak for everyone, but from my experience and being on the marketing side of Real Estate, it seems that the ones who have changed their tactics and the way that they do business are the ones who are moving to the top.
It pains me that many say that the market will come back, because from my point of view... "from the outside looking in"... the market is back, it just looks allot different than it did. And like anything else in life, we simply have to react, adjust, and even learn how to work with it. Unfortunately, this is a "Sink or Swim" environment, The days of simply listing a property on the local MLS and waiting for a call to come in are over.
One extremely important factor is that Buyers have changed dramatically in the way that they search for homes in just the last 2 years. Being a member of Realtor.com and other Real Estate memberships no longer guarantees you the exposure that they once may have brought. Buyers now know that they can search for property from any Social Media Platform, Search Engine and even a GPS program on their phone.
Agents simply need to find a way to stand out from the crowd, or at least stand close to the front by embracing new tactics. Today's Real Estate Professional has much to contend with in terms of new technology, competition in the market, and in all cases... "Time".
I truly hope that this post finds someone who can benefit from it. Please feel free to contact me if you need help... This is our world... and we are in it together.
