A little while back I shared with you the success of HouseHunt.com member Bruce LaMaster, who has been able to build his real estate team, thanks in part to the customers he received through his HouseHunt.com exclusive territory. I’m happy to share with you the success of another of our long-time agents, Susan Crawford, a HouseHunt.com agent in the Durham, NC area who has successfully opened her own real estate company.

Crawford has been a member agent with us at HouseHunt.com for over five years and has applied her tremendous vision, knowledge, and hard work towards the customers she receives from her HouseHunt.com exclusive territory. "I want to be the REALTOR my clients come back to over and over," Susan explains. "I also want my clients to be comfortable referring their closest friends and family to me." She most recently shared with us that her closing as part of her new company came from a HouseHunt.com customer – a new construction deal on a $375,000 home.

Texas Agent “Impressed by the number” of Customers from HouseHunt.com

You may have to forgive me, but I simply love it when stories like these come across my desk from one of our agents.

Patience Pays Off for HouseHunt.com Agent in Minnesota

A good thing is always worth the wait. Especially when it comes to a business investment that is sure to bring legitimate growth and profit.

A few months ago, Larry Boatman of Keller Williams Integrity Realty, made the decision to invest in his business by choosing to become a HouseHunt.com exclusive member. Right away, the customers began to roll in rather quickly, but the natural buying cycle was playing a role as well.

However, Larry knew HouseHunt was a good move in the long-term and remained patient and persistent. One week ago, Larry contacted HouseHunt with some great news.

KB Homes has devised an interesting way to get buyers to check out their Vegas area homes. Anyone who stops in for a visit prior to July 5th will be entered in a drawing to win a four pack of tickets to see Justin Bieber in concert on July 24th at Planet Hollywood on the strip.

Have no idea who Justin Bieber is? Don’t worry, your children do. Bieber is the latest teen pop sensation sweeping the country.

The thought behind the promotion is that it will attract families to visit the homes.
