Homeowners are increasingly in trouble making mortgage payments. Some of the reasons may be due to lose of employment, job relocations,
owing more on their home than it is worth, but what ever the reason, they are losing their home and need help Now!
One of the questions I am asked most often is how do I talk to sellers.
They often find that they are not ready for the question or statement from a homeowner in distress and cannot answer.

I want to stay in my home
I am going to let the bank have the home
I was told to file Bankruptcy!
I have equity in my home, I do not want to give that up
I need cash now to move
I am waiting on a job to go through
Negotiating a short sale takes patience and communication.
Some people go straight to foreclosure with out communicating with anyone about what a short sale can do for them.
What they need to know is they are better off not letting your house go through the foreclosure process and leaving it to the bank to deal with.
When you do a short sale you are helping the bank. You are getting rid of a problem for them.

It turns out that its quite popular to grab your video camera and upload just about anything! I have seen inspiring,
informational videos and some so funny they made me laugh out loud.

Try to make it no longer than 2-4 minutes.

off the top of my head while checking out a property.
* If want to do a teaching video that is going to be longer, I suggest you put together a sketch to follow about your topic and practice.
* Choose your background area that is not too busy so they keep their eyes and ears on you.
* Post your video on Google, You Tube and many other sites out there offering video uploads..
* Doing your own Video's can save you money and it is a must have to implement into your real estate marketing.
