Looking for a wonderful way to live in a great location in Houston, TX near the Town and Country area. Woodstone III is a 24 hour manned gated community with approximately 164 homes. Each home is fee simple where homeowners are responsible for their own structure including roof, siding and slab. The maintenance fee is $3600 for the 2008 year which includes basic cable, water, landscaping areas, clubhouse, pool, tennis courts and clubhouse, 24 hour guard, garbage pick-up Tuesday and Friday, termite treatment in common areas such as cclubhouse, guardhouse,pool gazebo, pool restrooms, mail room, sprinkler repair in front of homes only, common line plumbing (not within homeowners lot), repair and maintenance of tree lights in common areas, repairs to access gates, mosquito fogging (once week from April through October), insurance in common areas (homes not included), pool service 3 times a week in summer months, 2 times each week in winter months and replacement of light bulbs in the popcorn lights on the front of the units (electrical repairs are the homeowner's responsibility).
Woodstone III has properties built between 1977 through 2008. There are some units that back to the ravine, interior greenbelt or the outlining townhomes may side or back to a street surrounded by a high fence. As per deed restrictions, no pick-up truck allowed inside the gates overnight. Woodstone III is zoned to Spring Branch Schools-Frostwood Elementary, Memorial Middle School and Memorial High School. In 2007, the SOLD properties ranged from $235,000 to $530,000 with an average price per square foot of $132.08.
