Homes are Selling in 2010!!

Here is the latest Market trends for Santa Clara county. Inventory has ticked up slightly, however pending sales continue to outpace new inventory. Both single family and condo/townhome properties are selling quickly.

What does this tell us about today's market? We have more Buyers than Sellers

Should I buy today if I can afford it? Yes,Yes, Yes!! With the low rates we have, home prices are being pressed upwards.

How much can I afford? There are quite a few data points that goes into making this decision. I've had clients that could afford more, but wanted to maintain a certain lifestyle so they chose a smaller loan. Each case is different, so give us a call for a complimentary evaluation.
