Home Staging Mangers Of Ameroca is always seeking information on quality individuals who are: moving into town, recently divorced who lost their home, recently gone through bankruptcy, and other types of individuals that might have lots of upscale furniture and need short to medium term housing who would love that you got them into a Luxury Home, and that would be a good candidate for our company.
Home Staging Managers Of America manages numerous Luxury Homes, that are on the market for sale. To assist Real Estate Agents, Brokers, Builders and others help sell these large luxury homes, it is important to place expensive furniture and art in the home to stage it up for prospective buyers to be able to see a home fully furnished rather than vacant.
So, Home Staging Managers Of America has contracts with Agents, Brokers and Builders to stage the luxury homes as Model Homes. Therefore, to reduce cost to them, we place quality individuals into these homes with their upscale furniture, thus helping the Agent, Broker, Builder make the homes look nice and at the same time providing a Large Luxury Home to the owner of the furniture (the Home Manager) to live in until such property is sold.
The term can be as little as 90 days, but is typically 4mo to 2 years. There are no long term leases and very little restrictions (mainly no pets, no smokers and they have to have lots of very upscale / expensive furniture & art).

I was a little skeptical at first to have a Home Manager in my home, but It was the best thing I have ever done. HSMOA started by coming into my home with there cleaning crew, and gave it the best cleaning it had ever had! There lawn crew spruced up my yard, and even took care of my ant problem. I did not have to worry about my utility bills, yard,window cleaning, and most importantly the security of my home while it was on the market.
HSMOA had there home inspectors inspect the home once a month, for peace of mind. My home always looked like a model home, and they even provided maid service bi-weekly for the home manager. If you are selling your home, or plan to, and are concerned of leaving your home vacant. I highly recommend this service!! But the best part about all, there was no cost to me.!!
