A new bill named Chloe's Bill after a rescued puppy mill dog is being introduced.

The opportunity for serious puppy mill reform has come to Illinois!

A bill that would put an end to the horrific conditions endured in the puppy mills throughtout Illinois. The midwestern states have an abundance of them and it's time FOR CHANGE. The bill has been introduced in both chambers of the Illinois General Assembly.

Remember Ovaltine? Is it still around? I really don't know, but this Ovaltine factory used to be in Villa Park Illinois.

Villa Park is a small town in Dupage county with a country feel. It's next to Lombard, where I live now and I grew up down the street from Ovaltine smelling chocolate every single day! It was great!

Well, that was a long long time ago and they have since converted the big old factory! There are luxury loft like apartments there now.
