Mulwood, Calabasas - This Community Has It All

The City of Calabasas is made of several communities. The largest non-gated area is Mulwood. It also includes Mulwood Heights and Mulholland Heights, with a total of more than 1500 homes.

Located in the eastern portion of Calabasas, Mulwood is served by the award winning Las Virgenes School District. The residents send their children to Chaparral Elementary, A.C. Stelle Middle School and Calabasas High. The schools are within walking distance of many of the homes.

Also conveniently located in Mulwood, is the Gelson's shopping center. With the feel of a small village, the upscale market is surrounded by shops that have become neighborhood favorites including a yogurt shop, nail salon, hair salon and a well attended yoga studio.
