The one thing that separates me from other loan officers and mortgage brokers is that I initially started my financial career with a bank as an underwriter, so I can help you structure deals in a way that appeals to banks and gets you an approval faster. I pride myself on helping you fix your credit so you can actually get a lower more affordable interest rate rather than finding a sub-prime lender that can do the loan at a much higher rate. I strongly believe our country's housing market is facing a recession for the simple fact that most mortgage brokers don't take the time to learn the borrowers situation personally and help them plan for the biggest investment of their lives.

I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Economics and I hope my experience in banking as well as being a licensed mortgage broker for the last 5 years will help you or your borrowers have a pleasant and educated buying or refinancing experience.
