The title of his presentation, "Real Estate Investing for the Beginning Investor", was very well received.

The Reia of MI has also asked Mr. Moore to conduct mini clinics on various topics prior to their future monthly meetings to help new investors transition effectively into this profession.
"My intent is to support the local Real Estate investment community by providing useful knowledge to new investors as they begin building their investment portfolio", said Darian Moore. "We'll be discussing topics such as wholesaling, obtaining hard money, establishing business lines of credit, lease options, and a host of other items."
