I love the North Georgia Mountains and one day while Breana and I we're up that way we ran up on the following place called "Black Bear Ridge" talk about a beautiful place. Well I am pleased to say that I have now met the terrific agent for the community and according to her the developer is willing to do owner financing, knock 15% off lot prices, give free water hook up and free water for a year and waive the POA fee for a year! If you know of anyone who wants a beautiful Mountain View Lot...that's the place. Black Bear is a Premier Log Home Community...so only cabins can be built in here...

Breana and I went up to the Ellijay mountains to visit with my parents and ran across this beautiful subdivision called Black Bear Ridge Mountain sitting well off the beaten path. Ever since we purchased the flip video we try and take it every where we go. We have such a great time with it. I took several videos while visiting with my parents. The veiws from the whole community were spectacular. The cabin in the video is my favorite.

We love to get out in the community and one of the organizations or charities that we love to be a part of is the Ruth House which is a Christ centered house for women that helps them get free from addictions. The Ruth House is hosting an old fashion sock hop, with the oldies music, the poodle skirts and oxford shoes. There will also be "brief appearances from some of your favorite old time stars" which should be nothing less than hilarious and fun. Cost is $50.00 per couple which includes dinner and dancing. Child care is 5.00 per child. This is a great way to get out and enjoy an evening with your sweetie and support a local ministry. We have been a part of this ministry for many years and we are amazed at the lives changed and the growth of the house.

educated (not exaggerated) opinion of the house that you are looking to purchase. When you go back over your home inspection report, you will quickly know those things that are a safety issue which will need to be dealt with right away and you will also have a separate maintenance summary so that once you own the home you have a check list to go by for maintenance and it's not some generic book, it pertains directly to your new home. When I do a home inspection report I add in those things that are going to need to be dealt with down the road. I also assure you as the home buyer that those things that I find are most of the time, common for this type or age of home.

I am a transplant from Washington, PA and I moved here in 1985 due to a lack of work in the construction industry. I have always been in some type of construction, from working for builders to owning my own business. I love owning my own company for the added time that I get to spend with my family and at church. In 1990 I met Bonnie, my wife, she's a native Georgian and had never been north until she married me. She worked in a corporate job working for a prosthetic company until about 3 years ago and she retired because of the drive to downtown Atlanta every day. She now drives a school bus, and we always have stories to laugh about at dinner time. Kids are so interesting. We have been married 16 years, 17 in January and we have two wonderful kids. Daniel is 15, just turned 15 in September and right now is the family chauffeur. He is one that I don't believe will really have to learn to drive, he just knows how and does really great at it. He is also learning to fly airplanes and loves it. He is part of a group (he works on the ground crew in exchange for flight time) called the Tiger-flights. They're located in Rome and give kids free airplane rides, you should check them out. My daughter is Breana and she is going to be ten in Dec. and she is a joy and a daddy's girl. She has played baseball since she was 3 and has been first baseman on a boys' team for the last 3 years. She has a glove that is incredible. There is nothing girly girl about her, even though my wife has tried. I remember playing ball and my Dad not being able to be there and I can say that in the years of my son's and my daughter's life, I have missed very little. For that I am very thankful. I work mainly in the Canton, Woodstock, Alpharetta, Cumming and Roswell areas but I do travel to the North Georgia area, simply because it's a great area and my in-laws live up there, so it's a great excuse to stop in and visit. :-)
