You know I'm seeing the signs for baseball sign ups and I hear the excitement in the air, baseball season is just around the corner and I can't wait to see what happens this year. We have several friends who now have children playing so we might just have to make it out to the ball field.
Here's one of the post that I did right after becomming a member of ActiveRain and it is still one of my favorites.
Oh How I'm going to MISS baseball this year
I also just did an announcement for the signups here

Our daughter is pictured in both and it simply gives you a great look at what it looks like when you're truly focused and love what you're doing.
If you're planning on signing up, I've noticed signs all over Cherokee County for almost all of the elementary teams. Also Canton Dizzy Dean is up in the older part of Canton. You have servral leagues to choose from, so sign those little ones up and play ball.

I'm a Canton home inspector for several reasons. One of them is so that I can attend and be a part of my children's lives. Both of my kids are very active in sports and we are once again gearing up for the Cherokee County baseball season. I like being able to schedule my work around the events that go on with both of them. That is one of the benefits of owning my own Canton home inspection business.
I have seen sign up signs for East Cherokee Baseball stating that sign ups are Saturdays, January 10, January 17 and January 24 from 9 to 2 at Mountain Road Elementary School for ages 5 to 19. Here is a link to their page http://www.eastcherokeebaseball.org/
Macedonia Baseball sign ups are also Saturdays, January 10, January 17, January 24 and January 31 10 to 2 at Macedonia Elementary School for ages 3-18. Here is a link to their web page http://www.leaguelineup.com/welcome.asp?url=macedonia

Don't let the builders responsibility fall on your shoulders and cost you in the long run. You need to know that you are being looked after. Anyone planning on purchasing a new home or real estate investment property has many decisions to face. One of the most easily forgotten steps in ensuring the property is right for the purpose, because it is often not required, is the home inspection. When performed by a seasoned home inspector a buyer has a greater chance of knowing any potential problems or pitfalls with the property that many home buyers may not discover for months after the purchase. This doesn't seem like a big deal in the beginning but if your warranty runs out, you're stuck with the cost of fixing the issues.
The North Georgia region from Atlanta to Chattanooga has some of the most regular weather changes in the nation. The dry hot summers of the Fulton and Cobb county area and the wet cold winters of Ball Ground and Blue Ridge, Georgia home inspectors know can greatly affect not only the structural integrity of homes but the plumbing, electrical and HVAC components as well. Even the air conditioning systems themselves can create condensation issues that lead to structural issues within a home only discovered too late unless found early by a seasoned home inspector.
Even before checking the home listings it would be wise to locate a trustworthy home inspector. In North Georgia, especially from Atlanta through Canton, Marietta, and Roswell and beyond, you can find superior service at http://www.askyourgeorgiahomeinspector.com/
