July's monthly data shows a nice Increase in the Average List Price. 5 Homes went Under Contract and 20 Homes have been Sold this year. The Average Sale Price for a Home in Aventura is $651,875, which means this what a typical Buyer is willing to Purchase for a Home in this eastern, watercoast area of Miami-Dade County. July's monthly data shows a slight decrease in the Average Sale Price; therefore, more Buyers were being a bit more conservative on their offers for July according to Market Trends.
